SUSPEND AND BAN PROCESS

Social Tongits™ has several tools in place to ensure strict and confidential adherence to our Rules of Conduct. Chat windows are monitored electronically and will be evaluated by our team regularly.

Players violating Social Tongits™ Rules of Conduct will be subjected to actions that may lead to Suspension and a Permanent Ban from playing in our site.

Once a violation has been identified and evidence is present, a WARNING will be sent to the player through email or a personal message using the player’s User ID.

If a second violation is proven through written documentation and evidence, the player will be SUSPENDED from playing and accessing the Social Tongits™ online game and player access areas for seven (7) calendar days.

If a third violation is proven through written documentation and evidence, the player will be BANNED from playing and accessing the Social Tongits™ online game and player access areas PERMANENTLY. If there is a balance left on the player’s account, it will be refunded less administrative and processing fees through a check in the mail. By endorsing the check, the player agrees to the terms of the Banning Process.

The player may dispute the WARNING, SUSPENSION, and the BAN by sending an email to customer support with a subject line of Rules of Conduct Dispute. Our Team will review and provide feedback within 72 hours of the player’s communication. Calls will not be accepted from players who wish to dispute our action.
